Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jaccques!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your purchase. If 5 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only offer refunds on items sold at the regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please email us at [email protected]. Goods Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

Gift cards

Some health and personal care items

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. ( 3-5 business) days 

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
