How do i order from Jaccques Beauty'?

Is Jaccques Beauty vegan?

- we are vegan , and our main focus is in eradicating toxic/non- vegan cosmetics.

Can i cancel my order?

- Yes you can. Note that this is only possible 24 hours after your order was placed. once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

I put the wrong address in my order , what should i do?

- Please be aware of the address you enter , Jaccques Beauty will not be responsible for any orders sent to wrong adresses.

How can i track my order?

- You will recieve an email with the tracking number.

My order arrived damaged, what should i do?

- Make sure to contact us within 24 hours , and provide evidence. this can be done by sending photos to our email: [email protected]

Do you offer exchanges?

- We do not accept exchanges.
